What started with a love for hosting personal events and bringing joy to friends and family, grew into a driving passion to create a destination for all to gather, celebrate and make memories!
Toast is owned by Burlington local, Sierra Hoyle.
(Mom to 4, serial entrepreneur, with a background in Business, Project Management and Architectural Design)
Toast has become her haven to cultivate connections and spark joy within her community through creative socializing and learning, supporting local causes, and of course through beautifully curated events.

Our vision is to provide you with a functional, exciting and unique destination to host your favourite and most important people, that allows you to coordinate and organize with absolute ease. Our focus is small to mid sized events for all the special moments big or small we love to celebrate.

You have questions, we have answers!
Can I bring in my own food?
Yes! You can bring in your own food, hire a caterer, whatever your food needs are that your event requires. If catered all food must be cooked outside the venue. Electric warmers are available to rent. Toast also has amazing restaurant neighbours on our curated list of vendors.
Can I serve Alcohol?
Yes you can serve alcohol! This is possible with a SOP (Special Occasion Permit) obtained through the AGCO (Alcohol Gaming Commission Ontario). We also have bartenders on our curated list of vendors we are happy to recommend.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is an abundance of paid and free city parking all within very close walking distance to Toast. There are also 2 city loading spaces available to prepare for your event with ease. We provide maps of the area to all of our clients that can be shared with your guests
Will you plan my event for me?
Yes, we can plan for you! We offer an array of additional services from custom event packages, planning, decor and more! Complete our booking form to inquire!
